From a young age, Micheal found joy in the kitchen, stirring, tasting, and creating magic through food. With a deep passion for cooking and a dream of opening his own restaurant, he turned his childhood love into a lifelong mission.
Today, as the Owner and Head Chef, Micheal pours his heart into every dish, blending tradition with creativity. His commitment to quality, flavour, and heartfelt hospitality is the soul of our restaurant, where every meal is made with love and served with pride.
